Shoulder Impingement

This is one of the most common shoulder injuries leading to pain with overhead activities. For most people this means pain with taking off a shirt, putting on a jacket, overhead reaching, reaching behind your back.

Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is a condition that affects your shoulder joint. In many cases it involves pain and stiffness that gradually develops, tends to get worse, and then slowly recovers.

Shoulder Labrum Tear

The labrum is a soft cartilage in the shoulder socket. The labrum cups the head of the humerus with the socket. The mechanism of injury is usually though a fall on an outstretched arm or sudden tug in the arm.

Shoulder Separation

A separated shoulder happens when the ligaments between the collarbone and shoulder blade are torn. Often shoulder separations happen after a direct fall onto the shoulder, car accidents, or through contact sports.

Biceps Tendinitis

Biceps tendonitis is caused by inflammation of the long head of the biceps tendon caused by the wear and tear of our daily activities and more particularly repetitive overhead activities.

Bursitis/Tendonitis

Shoulder bursitis refers to the inflammation of the bursa in the shoulder joint.  Shoulder tendonitis, also known as tendinitis, is a condition characterized by inflammation, irritation, or degeneration of the tendons in the shoulder.

Post Surgical Rehab
